  • PanditJi App — our mobile application providing Puja booking, Rashifal, Muhurat calculation, and spiritual services. Data practices specific to PanditJi are noted where they differ.
  • Communications — emails, discovery calls (Calendly), and any other correspondence with our team.

We collect only what is necessary for legitimate business purposes.

  • Client project data: Retained for 7 years after project completion to meet legal and tax obligations.
  • Contact enquiries: Retained for 2 years or until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled.
  • PanditJi account data: Retained for the duration of your account. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised — not subject to retention limits.

Once data is no longer required, we securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including:
